Refund policy

We’re confident you’ll love RARE Gum—but if for any reason you don’t, no worries. If your order isn’t quite what you hoped for, we’re happy to offer a full refund on any unopened and unused gum within 30 days of delivery. Just send us a quick note at alluchew@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you get the return started.

Please note: items must be returned in their original packaging, and return shipping is typically on you (unless we made a mistake on our end—in which case, we’ve got it covered). Once we receive your return and give it a quick inspection, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take 5–10 business days to show up.
